The food is ok but it's not the best Asian food out there. Drive a few extra miles and get better food and definitely better service. I've been here twice. Both times some low level employee was rude. Same girl both times. It really doesn't matter how the food tastes if the crew is rude. Especially when you're not even dining in there, I was there to pick up my food to go. I was there for 3 minutes tops! Find somewhere else to eat until they fire that loser chick. At least you'll enjoy your lunch. I ordered on the phone, the Kung Pao chicken with brown rice. She was like "We don't have brown rice what's your second choice." I thought I kinda heard a bit of an attitude thru the phone but I was like nah, it's probably just me or they're busy. When I got there, her attitude was definitely confirmed. I had some extra time and this place looks nice so I decided eat there instead of taking it home. Not a big deal right? WRONG! She was like "Your food is already packed to go." I said "Ok but I can still eat it here." She brought my take out, still packaged to go and literally pushed it at me. I told her she was rude and that she was rude the last time I went there as well. She raised her voice and said "I've never even seen you before!" I told her it'll be the last time you see me." In front of the one other customer that came in after me. I can tell he didn't really know what to think. Needless to say, I'll probably go somewhere else for Asian food until they...
Read moreOrdered through GrubHub. The delivery was fine. Earlier than scheduled. The food... Nope. The vegetable egg foo young tasted like it came right out of a buffet. Pretty burnt. Small little pads of eggs with barely anything in it. Maybe a couple carrots in it with some weird teriyaki sauce instead of a nice brown gravy. Ordered 2 orders of vegetable egg rolls which should have been four total. Only got 2. Ordered white rice and got brown rice. The coconut shrimp was soggy. Thought it would be nice and crispy like everywhere else. It was bad. Ordered a small General Tso Chicken... it was not in the order. Ordered chicken wings and the GrubHub driver was almost at my place, got a hold of me and let me know that they weren't in the bag so I called the restaurant, and they refunded that. Haven't even addressed not receiving the General Tso chicken. Pick your battles. Every other place that ran out of something in previous experiences, got a hold of me immediately for a substitution or immediate refund. Anyway, it has got to be the worst Chinese food I've ever ordered dine in or take out. Everything was just... not good. Even though the GrubHub guy was at my place early, everything was.... Well it wasn't warm and it certainly wasn't hot. I like trying new places with GrubHub or Uber eats. That one was a mistake....
Read moreWe were disappointed. We ordered the hot & sour soup based on another review and it wasn't anything special. All of our dishes were lacking real flavor. The Pork Egg Foo Young was the worst I've ever had, (see photo), when you took a bite it was filled with pockets of oil and the gravy was unlike anything I've ever had for Egg Foo Young, it was a clear gravy vs a creamy one and it was rather sweet. Maybe they gave us the wrong gravy? The Szechuan Beef was good, but not spicy and it lacked flavor. The sesame chicken had good chicken and tasted okay, just nothing exciting. The pork fried rice was good. The nice thing about these meals were the portion size and the quality of the meat and vegetables. It was the flavor of the sauces that were lacking, pretty blah, really. I realize this is a new restaurant and maybe still working out the kinks. Normally I wouldn't go back, but I really want a good Chinese restaurant close to us, so I will try them again, in a month or so, and if the flavor goes up a few notches, I will revise...
