Kristies Kountry Kitchen — Restaurant in Meshoppen Township

Was recommended for a late breakfast/early lunch by some friends from the area. Stopped in and they couldn't have been more right! Though nothing special to look at on the outside, the inside was nice and well kept. We were greeted and offered coffee right away with menus. Within 2-3 minutes our orders were take. A short time later 2 plates of some wonderful prepared food came out. I had the meat lovers omeltte (a special that day) which was just packed with bacon, sausage and ham which were all just perfectly cooked. Toast and an extra side of bacon (why not!) filled the plate. I was able to finish it all though definitely on the full side. My wife had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich which looked wonderful and I could only imagine was just as tasty along with a shared waffle. All that plus the 2 coffees and orange​ juice came to just over $19. Definitely not a bad price for stuffing our faces with delicious food. Thank you and we will...

Our orders came out timely and accurate. The prices were affordable.

Terrible. The potatoe patty consisted of extremily cheap instant mash potatoes with cheese that had zero taste probably the best part of the breakfast special. Eggs were dry. It was disgusting. Really hate to say that. The toast was great. First and last...
