Country Burger House — Restaurant in Mesquite

I had a horrible experience with an Asian lady at the counter, I was delivering for doordash and needed to use the bathroom and she said it was for clients, I really needed and she let me but with a bad face and kinda of an attitude, I was a delivery driver but I was planning to come back and visit this place with my family, they simply lost me and my family as clients. If you treat someone that is working with you to deliver the food you cook like this you simply does not know anything about work camaraderie or customer service. Prevent people from basic needs like using the restroom is unacceptable. Drove past this place a few times and since we love the country burger in Plano we decided to stop here and try it for dinner tonight. Girl at the counter is super sweet. Wasn’t busy at all. My husband enjoyed his burger and tots. He’s a plane jane so there’s no way to mess his meal up. I got the Fish platter & it was ok. I can at least say it was hot. Never seen hush puppies with corn inside them and they were ok. Sides looked way overcooked I was afraid to eat them. The fried pickles were the most disappointing. I love fried pickles. Finally got myself to try Country Burger's new location after all this time since it's grand opening! Had nothing to eat all day, so after work I came when it was slow and had a cheeseburger combo. MMM-MMM, just as I remember! Or probably better!!! The burgers are the perfect size; patty was cooked well to perfection placed on a fresh bed of lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion housed in warm toasty buns! And the fries were excellent: long and solid on the outside, and puffy on the inside.
