I'm very angry because the servers for a very terrible the ladies up in front was taking my order I told them I wanted onion rings instead they messed it up four bottle of waters I did not ask for bottle of water I told you I wanted 4 orders of onion rings they overcharge me for my onion rings they charge me for bottle of waters it make me so mad and y'all need to fix the onion rings a little bit better I did not taste real good the battery needs to be cooked a little bit better we're not going to come back there they overcharged me with it's bad onion rings is it not taste really good it tastes awful it is fixing to make me sick for me and my husband you need to get a new cook and a new cashiers the cashiers up in front unrespectful they did not get the orders right and the prices is really too high and you all need to keep your bathroom need to be clean all the time it was very nasty and dirty in the bathrooms on the toilet our time toilet paper all in the toilet pee and poop all over the toilet it was very unsanitized you need to have it cleaned up really big time even everywhere else cashier and the cooked need to have their hands and face covered where people will not get sick every time they sneeze and cough the spreading germs all over...

This place popped up in my Instagram feed so my work besties and I decided to give it a try for lunch today and they did not disappoint. We all got the catfish basket and a couple of ladies got shrimp as well. The batter was cooked and seasoned perfectly and did not taste too fishy at all. As soon as we walked in, there was a pleasant, fresh, clean smell. The dining area was very clean with plenty of room for seating(it's all picnic style tables). The cashier taking orders was very pleasant and friendly, helping us navigate the menu since we were new and offering great suggestions. They weren't overly busy at the time so she was able to be very attentive when we got our food. Great customer service skills. The music was a little too loud for our taste at lunch, but I'm sure provides great atmosphere for their happy hour. We all had a great experience and will definitely return and try other dishes...

Customer service was terrible. Drove 20 mins the lady at the front never took my order she went to the back and just left us standing there. A few other customers eventually left & so did I after a while. They we're arguing in the back. I could see them through the curtain. Had customers who started to get impatient they had finished their food yet still waiting on the rest of their order. There was an order sitting on the counter with the curtain hanging on a customer's food the lady picked a wing up that had fell on the counter and just threw it back on their tray. The food looked delicious on Instagram and I was excited to try but never got a chance to try because after waiting about 20-25 mins nobody ever came to take our order. Please do better this was a horrible first impression pretty sure I won't...
