This place used to be my go to!! And I swear there is new workers here constantly! I had my order messed up and thankfully I was able to speak to who I believe is the GM and she quickly refunded meā¦ā¦.. went there the next day and I had to repeat my order 10x (no exaggerating) and they made 4-6 different coffees(cause they couldnāt listen and get it right) , and also over charged me after I told them the order so many times someone finally said ok take that off her total (there was an extra espresso but everything else was correct and I still couldnāt get my order correctly made, and still ended up being charged incorrectly) I finally received my coffees (that ended up STILL being wrong) and there was coffee all over them, the cover was not on fully and came off and got even more coffee EVERYWHERE!!!!! It used to literally be my favorite dunks! And now I dread going but itās the closest to me š« I called to try to speak to a manager probably 5 times within 2 hours and not one single call was answered!! I'm assuming this is the reason because I've had a similar experience as well as most of my family. When confronting my middle child who has worked at a few different locations, this was the only answer she could give me. Unfortunately I think she is right and I think this is part of the reason I stopped ordering food from their years ago. However from what I was told if you order a few hours later after they open and few hours before they close.. They do not have that horrible metallic taste.
