On 2/29 I ordered a small pizzas with spicy fries & mozzy sticks my pizza was very undercooked and the fried food had a bad taste like the oil was dirty it smelled fishy . I called and who ever I spoke to said if I wanted a refund I needed to bring the food back but I dont drive and couldn’t take the food back. To begin with, the order of mozzarella sticks were not crisp and they had forgotten the marinara sauce. I order the falafel plate and was filled with disappointment as I ate. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We received the wrong order via delivery and when we called to ask for our money back, the person on the phone was prideful and rude.
