Steve's Cafe 47 — Restaurant in Middle Township

We Walked in Steve’s at 11:30am and tables were full so we sat at the counter. A young girl (hostess) came over and gave us silverware and menus. One waitress was in the corner counting her money, another was serving food, another was writing out a check. At 11:40 we were still waiting for someone to come take our order, while the girl that was counting her money kept checking her cell phone, and passed us a dozen times. At 11:45 another customer came and sat at the counter. We sat there and watched the same girl that kept checking her phone go to the lady that had just sat and take her order. It was like we were invisible. We got up and left. It amazes me that cell phones are allowed while people are working and keeping customers waiting. You MUST get the blueberry pancakes. Everything they make is delicious and you should try both the sweet and savory breakfast options. I'm more of a savory breakfast person but I will never go there again and not order the blueberry pancakes when they are available. I went here for the first time today and it will not be the last. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was just enough and cooked exactly how we asked for it. I highly recommend the cream cheese stuffed French toast with fruit. It was incredible!
