Chattanooga Pizza Co 2 — Restaurant in Middle Valley

Just discovered this place and am really excited to have it less than 5 minutes from our house. Ordered a carry out order: large 2 topping pizza, 2 topping calzone, and a large order of garlic knots. After an average tip, it was $60. That order could easily feed 4 adults, probably even 5. And a small thing that goes a long way with me: the garlic knots and calzone both came with two 4oz cups of marinara for dipping! I didn't even have to ask for any, let alone extra! Pizza was fresh and VERY good! The crust was perfect and I love that they have a lot of gluten free options (desserts and pizza crusts - cauliflower and a rice blend flour that is also GF - didn’t try that but can say that the cauliflower was good!). Also a lot of vegan options for people interested in that. Lots of dessert options but we were too full to try those this time (even gluten free peanut butter pie which I never see anywhere; one of hubby’s favorites so hope to try...

The best pizza in the Chattanooga area is also now the best pizza in Hixson. Specialty pizzas that can't be beat and the salads are fantastic. Prices are very reasonable at a point in time when most restaurants are gouging customers.
