Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middleborough

Just came from there and ordered a bacon egg and cheese placed the order walked away and then went to the Mobil part and bought another drink. In this time with a shift leader short blond hair and two stickers on her back real professional to say the least and two other people were on and yet the sandwich was not made. Then the girl who took the order ends up making it and she cooked the egg and the bacon on the bread so I said this is not how u cook a sandwich the shift leader then walks over to me because I asked the girl is this how u serve food. The shift leader comes over and says to me well we are not trained to know that. You watch videos it shows pictures if u can’t read it. Bread is always cooked alone unless it is a grilled cheese. So In all your shift leader one just admitted to them not being trained and I was told to not have an attitude well try serving cooked food properly and it is stated and u are trained pure laziness and ignorant. Did I have an attitude yes why my food isn’t cooked properly and u just lied to my face and ur shift leader thought to give me an attitude about me being upset about food not being cooked properly maybe she should be safe serve certified as I am. Also I work for dunkin and makes me sad to see this is actually done someone can get sick. This was a great stop. Easy on, easy off Parking lot was very clear and clear of debris Handicap accessible as well Receptical units were not overflowing, no debris on the ground around. Inside was clean and being stocked, most purchase units/items were acceptably full Choices were varied depending on the department. Bathrooms were clean, stocked and a sign encouraging user to report any issues to the staff. We ordered 2 jelly donuts- my favorite, cinnamon roll, and chocolate cruller. Large iced coffee, 3 espresso shots- we missed our exit approximately 80 miles off- so I needed a " boost"! We are 3 hours into a 15 hour drive- yikes! 1lb bags of coffee were on sale- 3lbs for $19.99- of course I shopped a sale! 7/11/25 4:30- pm Business was slow Would recommend this...

It's located directly off I-95 at a gas station, but it's a full walk-in Dunkin and is super convenient. Rush hour is always busy, but they're very fast and have never messed up an order of mine (I've Probably grabbed a coffee and/or sandwich a dozen times). Super polite and efficient staff. I've payed with cash, card, the Dunkin app, and everything runs smoothly. They don't mix the coffees when they're super busy (like chocolate syrup or sugar in the bottom), but half the time they do, and that's more than I can say than other Dunkins. 10/10, will buy again!
