(Update to review) After posting this review I received a call from the owner wanting to correct this experience. I explained the food quality issues that we were experiencing and how we were disappointed as we frequently order from their sister location in Wareham. He welcomed the feedback and really wanted to make things right. He offered to bring over any food we would like himself and wanted to be sure everyone was fed.

I was so excited when S Middleboro got a pizza place because it can be hard to deliver here. However, I keep having issues on food quality and delivery time. I finally called today a pizza that all cheese fell off to the side and wasn’t cut well. They only offered a credit for part of the pizza price or a new pizza. I opted for a new pizza. After I called I then realized the pasta was cold (Alfredo sauce was like water and leaked out) and we didn’t get the cheesy bread promo either (second time they didn’t send the promo item). I wasn’t calling back over a free item and cold pasta that can easily be reheated but I’m just over spending $60 on not...

Located in an area that urgently needs something new, I hope South Middleboro Pizza and Grill is here to stay. The cashiers were friendly and helpful with navigating their EXTENSIVE menu. Pizza, subs, calzones, pasta, wraps, burgers and more. You name it, I bet they’ve got it. The decor of the restaurant is very minimal and clean. Seating was plenty, as most people were ordering pickup. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and sat down in the century old trolley at the front of the restaurant. As busy as they are on their opening week, my order was ready after only 10 minutes. The pizza was exactly what I was looking for. Thin and crunchy. Certainly no lack of pepperoni. Of course, with that comes a lot of grease, but I expected that. Reasonably priced and quick service. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I will be a...

We have been ordering from here since they opened. The food is usually great. Pizza is delicious. Never had any complaints until now. Ordered the chicken broccoli alfredo. It came with angel hair pasta( my fault bc maybe they gave the choice of angel hair or penne.) The chicken was shredded. Almost like from a can. The brocoli seemed shredded as well. The "garlic cream" sauce was non- existent. The dish was bland. That's putting it lightly. It was like they forgot to season it. The "creamy garlic sauce?" There was nothing creamy about it. It was watery and definitely had no hint of garlic. They need to come up with a new recipe bc this one isn't working. It was gross. Ended up throwing it away. Also, the fries need to be...

I was disappointed in the Margherita and Greek Pizza - the chicken had a very strange taste/texture. I spent over $50 and threw them both away. Customer service needs improvement. Not the friendliest vibe. They do make a solid pepperoni and cheese pizza here - the crust is thin, and the flavor is good.
