These people were spectacular! If I go anywhere to eat, the first thing I’m looking for in a food place is excellent customer service. These amazing people go above and beyond to make your experience here enjoyable! It’s hard sometimes to find sweet workers who can effectively handle issues and still keep a positive attitude for the work shift. I struggled with that myself when I worked in retail!! However, these workers keep such a professional attitude and properly take care of their customers. While my husband and I were there for Valentine’s Day, they experienced some bad feedback from customers but this did not stop their excellent service and was only a small setback. I've been here 3 times now and the wait every single time is SO LONG, I was so excited to have a drive through out here and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I just ordered 4 milkshakes and we waited for 25 minutes. One shake was straight liquid and another was hard as a rock you couldn't get a straw in. Food was sitting out that hadn't been taken and they had to check after 10 minutes to see if it was warm there were 3 employees just eating and standing around. Poorly trained. This company it seems just threw some business up and toss some kids in there and didn't train or put any effort into it. My last visit the total wait time was 55 MINUTES.. we won't be coming...

The gem of Middleton, as I like to refer to it. They serve a range of food and coffees, both hot and cold. It's a renovated building that has a lot of history, so if you have the time, it's a nice place to check out. The waitresses are always friendly,courteous.
