Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Midfield

Man, if they would ever have everything on the menu, this place would be on point. The last 6 times I've stopped by, they've been out of something. It's either coming on the next truck, they just sold the last one to the person in front of me or it was never sent. I still don't know how you run out of the thing that's in your name, CHICKEN, with another 1 1/2 hours to closing time. I mean NO MORE CHICKEN in the restaurant (that was the time they were waiting on the truck). Then there was "all I got is thighs" night and my personal favorite, "they didn't tell us that was on the $5 menu. We ain't even been ordering that." I love the folks that work there, though. It's not their fault and they really do go out of their way to make a sale happen when they're out of the items you...

The cashier at the midfield location in the drive thru window was very rude said I get on her nerves then slammed the window in my face all because i order a lot so what I did was pulled down n did the survey and because all of my food was cold and three items was missing I told her I wanted a refund and they didn't deserve my money. She told me she wasn't giving me a refund because they don't do refunds well after talking to the manager and her boss I got my refund but I never again go back to the midfield location. The cashier got a whole nasty bad attitude she will kill your spirit and your appetite. She didn't have on no mask or gloves but kept touching food and money at the same time then wiping her hands on her shirt. A person like that unclean is at risk of spreading...

I ordered the number 2 for myself and something for someone else. Let's begin, the parking lot needs attention. Having a trashy parking lot is not very attractive. The customer service was not very inviting. The cashier had a not so good attitude while I was giving my order. I went through the drive thru. The combo I ordered (# 3) contained 1 side, 3 pieces of mixed chicken and a drink. What no biscuit😟 The chicken is bland, it haf no flavor at all. Can we put seasoning in the food please. The drink in which I ordered was a Sweet tea, and super sweet it was. I like sweet tea and I could not enjoy that drink. It was to much sugar with in that tea. I will visit again at another location. But this location gets a 3 out of 5...
