Horrible experience once again! I love Godfathers, and have given this one multiple opportunities. Every time I order, I arrive at the pick up time and they haven’t even started the order! So, this afternoon I called them right after I ordered to verify my order went through. They said yes we are making it right now should be ready at 5:45. We’ll I arrive at 5:50, the worker says I’m going to be honest, no one has even made it yet. They said do you want it, or do you just want a refund. They didn’t even care about making it right. I love Godfather's pizza. My coworker and I both ordered pizza today. He ordered pickup and showed us 20 minutes later and upon arrival they hadn’t even looked at their computer to see his order, had to wait 20 minutes to get it then got home it was half cooked. I ordered my to be delivered by Favor and when I got it, it was thin crust when I ordered original and half cooked. Thank you to Favor who refunded my money no questions asked. This is the second time I show up and my online order not be ready. Can’t get a refund because manager is at another store. Avoid this place at all cost. The worker blames the tablet with a smile because it goes to the screen saver. How about doing your job and checking the tablet. Beyond frustrated with this kind of service. If you can’t handle online orders stop doing them completely. Last time this happened I was told they would do better yeah right no way they can do better...
