Ledgen's Pizza — Restaurant in Midland

Came to ledgens because everybody was saying it was good pizza, pizza was okay, not the greatest, but okay. What really got me was the guy placing my order basically stealing for me, i ordered my Pizza. He said, don't worry about the tip part Just sign your name, should have been my first red flag, i proceeded to pay and did not get a receipt my wife asked for the receipt. We went to go eat and when I was putting the receipt in my pocket, I noticed that he had tipped himself eight dollars. If I had not been given the receipt it would have gone unnoticed. Makes you wonder how many people he is stealing from. He called the manager on the phone and let him know of the situation,I asked him if I could talk to his manager he said no that he would just give me my money back, that there was no need for me to talk to his manager, and supposedly hung ...

Stop by a few days ago to grab an Italian pizza and it was as good as always, very flavorful just a great combination of ingredients just the right amount of sauce, perfect. I met kate, she was very helpful and friendly with a great attitude. I stopped by today to grab a special request / off menu Pizza that she had created, the garlic bread pizza I added pepperoni and it was very delicious I had actually been dreaming about that pizza since she let me try a piece last time. I took the first bite, burned my mouth, it was still very hot. Once I got past the searing pain of hot lava burning my mouth, everything else was delicious to the last bite. Absolutely the worst service possible. The restaurant was not crowded, only 1 other family. After more than an hour the other family asked for a refund. We then asked, and they hadn't even started making our food yet. Again, they were not busy, and it had been more than an hour, so there was no excuse for this length of delay. So we asked for a refund and they were unable to get it done on their system. When I asked how they were going to rectify the situation the manager went berserk, screaming F-bombs and threatening me and my wife.
