We Stopped into Bobs Family Restaurant this Evening and it was Awesome. The parking lot had lots of cars. There were tables and we sat down. The menu is Very Extensive. So Many Good Choices. The Owner of This Place Comes From a Long Line of Family Cooks that Own Restaurants. So Many Years of Delicious Family Recipes. I Ordered the PopCorn Shrimp and White Fish. With Fried Okra and Banana Pudding. Half Unsweetened Tea and Lemonade, A Skinny Arnold Palmer, LOL. My Husband Ordered Wings and Fries. Our Food Was Outstanding. The Portions are Great, I had to Carry part of Mine Home. We greatly Enjoyed the Food. The Owner Came out to See How was our Food3u53

M. M. Of Course it Was Awesome. We Drove an Hour from home in Pageland, SC. It was Well Worth the Drive. We Most Define Be Coming Back. Wish it was in our Town. We would be there at least 5 or more days a week. Their prices are Very Affordable. I would give it 10 Stars but only a Place for 5. First off let me start by saying I wasn't expecting a lot when I came across this restaurant. I was starving, I was exhausted, and I just needed some food. I was so beyond happy to find Bob's restaurant. I asked our friendly waitress what they were known for and she replied our burgers. I got a double cheeseburger done simply. Lettuce tomato and onion with mayo. She asked what side I wanted and I asked if the onion rings were truly homemade? She replied yes so I got them. What arrived on the plate in front of me, very quickly I might add, was nothing short of perfection. The burger was delicious, juicy, and was one of the better burgers I've had in quite some time. The onion rings were hand cut, hand battered and absolutely delectable. They reminded me of a restaurant back home. This place hit an absolute home run in my book. I'm taking my wife there this weekend so she can enjoy what I was lucky enough to stumble upon. Great work Bob's restaurant. I don't get blown away often, but you guys knocked it out of the park...

Stopped in for lunch with my two young girls. The server was very friendly and attentive, and both her and another lady (the owner perhaps?) checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was good: we ordered the fried catfish plate, kid’s shrimp and fries, and banana pudding. My youngest is still in a high chair (and has but two little teeth), and the server came back to ask if she would like some applesauce; I appreciated the suggestion. They offer a large menu for a small restaurant, plenty of options to choose from. My only dislike was the disposable plates and plastic ware, seems like it would create a lot of waste over time. We were treated wonderfully by all the staff we interacted with. It strikes me as a place where locals come regularly just to shoot the breeze - but the genuine hospitality extends to new visitors as well. The next time we’re in Midland...
