Wunder Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Midland

From out of town just moved to the area. Came here and couldnt find close by parking. Had to go park behind vfw and walk upon arriving the open sign is on. But the doors are locked and all lights are off with noone present. google says their open They couldnt even be bothered to place hours of operations on their door or to even turn off the open sign from previous night. Will not return Closed when they should be open. After locating the bar on facebook they are only open 3 days a week. Pretty poor hours. I love traveling just to find great food at little businesses. This little bar has a great atmosphere. The bar tender was very friendly. The food was absolutely terrific. I had a chef salad that was the best I have ever had. It was huge, also. My fiance had a steak, cheese & mushroom calzone. It was so big, he couldn't eat it all. Prices were very reasonable too. Drive by this place for work all the time, so today I decided to stop in for lunch and ordered a cheese burger, fries and pop. One of the best bar burgers I've ever had.
