I got very sick from eating at this Subway. When I went in, there was a couple in front of me ordering. When I placed my order for one 6" sub, there was one person in line behind me, and while my sub was being made, another lady came in. There were two people working, a man and a woman. The woman was very chatty....to the other employee. I had to tell her 3 times what I wanted. I ordered rotisserie chicken and asked for it to be lightly toasted. She did that and then laid my sandwich on the other end of the counter for the male employee to finish. Instead of finishing my sandwich, he walked off into the back of the restaurant to take a phone call. The female employee then took the orders of the next two people in line while I stood there waiting for someone to finish my order. The male employee walked back up front to complain about the person who had called to place an order for "just cookies". He then told the female employee that the sandwich she made me was an 8", not a 6", and scolded her for it right in front of all the customers. He actually made ME feel bad, like I'd conspired with her to get 2" of extra bread! I told him to feel free to cut 2" off if he wanted to. (It's not like it had any meat on it!) After he got the toppings for my sandwich, he then did the same for the two people behind me. I've never seen Subway do this before. Why couldn't they just wait on us one at a time and finish with one person's order before they started on another? They saw us walk in with a few minutes in between each person's arrival, so they knew we weren't together. After dude finished adding toppings for all three sandwiches, he told the female employee to ring them up and he walked away. The female, who I think may have been high, then tried to ring all three of us up together! And once again, she couldn't remember what any of the sandwiches were, even though she just made them. I was there for about 20 minutes, just to get ONE 6" sub (on 8" of bread). As I was walking out, the couple that had ordered in front of me was also leaving. They were able to eat their entire meal in the amount of time it took these two employees to make one sub with two toppings for me and ring up my order. That. Is. Ridiculous! To add insult to injury, my lightly toasted rotisserie chicken sub was literally COLD, like the chicken had just been thawed. When I was almost finished eating, I noticed a little black piece of something mixed in with the chicken meat. I'm not sure if it is plastic or rodent feces, but it definitely isn't rotisserie chicken! I had to pull over to throw up, and I still had a sick stomach all weekend. It will be a VERY long time before I eat at Subway again, and I will NEVER eat at this particular Subway again. TO THE OWNER OF THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY FRANCHISE: if you'd like to see the black item (plastic/rodent feces?) that I found in my sandwich, I still have it. I believe you will be able to reply to this review. Just leave your contact info in your response and I will...
Read moreI have gone to this subway for several years. Sometimes I get carry out for myself and family. My usual is just a foot long portion of rotisserie chicken. I get this for my senior dog as a treat. I have never paid the same price. I went in a few days ago and was told by the person that is usually there. She charges me for meat. Which is usually about $5 and some change. I was informed by the staff that unless I paid for an entire sandwich that I would not be served. This was the message that came from the owners. It was also said that i argued with the staff. YOU HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS WITH MICROPHOnE Recordings . LISTEN TO THE EXCHANGE. Begin with the fact that your two male employees camt speak enough english to take an order for a foot long portion of meat. Much less, why would pay for food that i would not be receiving. I am choosing to go to subway. I can go anywhere else on this road as there are restaurants along both sides of the street. But the reason I came to the restaurant was the service I always got from Jeana. But if you want to do business like this, go ahead. It is healthier for me to go to McDonald's or KFC, than to worry if your employee gets in trouble for treating me as a customer and not just the next dollar walking...
Read moreI don't know if I have done something to upset this store or what but I officially give up. I Have changed my lifestyle and I'm trying to eat Subway 5 days a week for lunch. This Subway is the most convenient as it is right off the expressway and there is a drive-through.
This is now the 8th day in a row they have some excuse why they cannot make a sandwich for me. Either they don't have bread (3 of 8) need me to come inside (3 of 8) When there are no customers inside or the drive-through. Or they just don't answer (2 of 8) so after sitting there for 5 minutes I have just pulled away.
Anyway just wanted to share this I don't expect this Subway to be in business long being I have never seen another customer and I am trying to give them money everyday but everyday for one reason or another they do not want to or cannot serve me. I am done trying to go here.
Good luck if you try, If you are like me and on the expressway looking for a quick stop off I have found there is another Subway off exit 115. There is not a drive-through but they at least have bread and can actually...
