Toyami — Restaurant in Milan

Only months ago, I would've given this place 5+ stars if possible. We've eaten there LOTS & it's usually always our go to place. However, today, after getting our take out order home, they're lucky to get the two stars I gave. $110 worth of food, $26 of that being for steak & lobster "connoisseur delight" to which the less than bite size pieces of steak & lobster combined would fit in the palm of my hand!! Absolutely ridiculously small amount of food. Sweet & sour chicken was way overcooked, so much so that I picked up a piece, the batter on one end broke off in my hand. I was pleasantly surprised. We usually find a good Japanese restaurant and stick with it. We have been eating at Fuji Yama for years but it's quite a drive. We waited until this place got some reviews and then checked it out. So happy we did. Prices are great. Food five stars. My sons steak hibachi cooked medium was out if this world and big portion too. I had a California roll and fried shrimp roll. Both fresh and excellent! Wife had vegetable hibachi and wontons. The sauce is superb. Staff is great. I ordered food at 6:30 pm online. I then came into the store at 6:45(this is when I requested it to be ready). It is currently 7:18 and I have not even got my food. People have came in and out for dine in, yet I’m still here. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I am going to wait an hour for my food. Terrible service!!!
