Hardee's — Restaurant in Milbank

Ever since new managers took over this place, the high schoolers run the place and treat customers with massive disregard and disrespect. they also stopped selling the spicy chicken sandwich. It was one of the most popular sandwiches in this location, ever. I don’t know a single person that didn’t love the spicy chicken. It was so dang popular. And it was good. But the incompetent managers decided not to sell it anymore because it’s a cheap item on the menu. They want you to spend more money. God for bid this business Give us anything good. It used to be a weekly occurrence that I would visit the store and now I never visit the store, except once, and they put ketchup and mustard on a sandwich that is not supposed to have those things. They remade it for me after I complained. Damn near threw up over that burger. So I have no desire to visit this business since The one sandwich me and my friends loved the most is no longer there, so they have lost nearly all of our business. Quite sad really. I would have given more, but the lady at the till, instead of asking me if that would be all, she turned her back and proceeded to yap with a coworker. I hadn’t even paid yet. I told her I wasn’t done. I asked her if they had curly fries. She said yes and added them to my sandwich only order. I was so flustered that I couldn’t even finish the order. I walked away paying for food I didn’t want. And when I tried to call her on it, she just turned her back and continued to yap. The other workers had to interrupt her for me to get help. She was the only one at the tills. I wanted to give less, but it wasn’t fair to the other workers actually doing their job and making every experience there a good one. If you cannot be nice you should be a bill collector or something like that. And leave your problems...

Already Closed at 9:40pm when I arrived. 3rd time this week. Main sign off, menu signs off, but the OPEN sign still lit. Just an educated guess but they most likely made the decision to not stay open until 10pm a while earlier. Came to window and the cowards hid. Really?! Sat a minute at the window, then left and went to one of their competitors. Funny how the OPEN sign goes dark as i drive away. Obviously they know they are not supposed to be closed. Lazy friggin people getting paid 16 bucks an hour, why and for what? Every hotel in town is booked solid as a result of a very large construction project in town. Not to mention it was 100 degrees today so there is no lack of overheated, hungry construction workers. You don't know what real work is like....
