Tilt Würks Brewhouse & Casino — Restaurant in Miles City

I have been here twice now as I always give a restaurant at least two chances before making a decision on whether I like the place or not since everyone has an “off day” once in awhile. Well, it seems this place had off days on both occasions I went.

The first time the food was just okay. I ordered a salad and the chicken was rubbery and under seasoned and had an artificial taste to it, it was also missing most of the toppings listed on the menu. My son’s sandwich was also subpar and nothing really worth noting. I so appreciate that they have a more diverse menu than the rest of the region seems to have but the execution is just lacking. The wait time was pretty crazy for getting our food since it was only us and two other tables in the whole restaurant (and I know currently every business everywhere is struggling to keep a full staff, I really to sympathize with that) but I still wanted to give it another shot so I came back. The gentleman who helped us this time was very nice and pleasant so I am giving a few stars for him.

The second visit we did not even get to order or try the food , we had to go up to the bar and ask for menus and then once seated we ourselves we waited for 15 minutes having waitstaff passing the table continuously without offering water or any service. I understand a place gets busy, I understand that computers run slow and things happen but I do not understand completely ignoring an entire table for 15 minutes- it was awful so we got up and left, and found a place that did value our business and time.

Horrible service, both girls that worked there Sunday night (7-21-24) should be fired, they were more interested in playing on there phones. The worst part is it was not even busy, one other table besides us. My GF had to go up to the bar anytime we wanted drinks, nobody ever did ask us if we wanted food, had to go request someone to come take our order than when the food came out not sure what was actually on her plate. She ordered mac and cheese with barbeque beef brisket on top, it came with some kind of of cubed up meat that had no sauce on it. It couldn't have even been a mistake, there is no where on the menu that says cubed up meat with no sauce on it. Looked like it came out of a crock pot that been sitting all day, and it was gross, gave it to the dog. Not one person asked us how our food was. The crazy part is that this place is packed everyday, so nobody will even believe that this review is true. My GF was totally disappointed and of course says we should have just went to the Black Iron. This is not a disgruntled review, I know nobody there at this restaurant and have no reason to put it down. We stayed over night on our Harvest Host membership. We arrived in time for happy hour apps and brews!🔆🍻 We had beef nachos with homemade chips (they have another option too). Delicious! Also boneless wings honey bbq yummy and an ample amount! We enjoyed the B.A.D.; Pinball Pilzner, & Amber (many more to choose from) Brews!!!!! Very cold and great taste! As we watched bball on the ginormous tvs everywhere. They also had music videos on a tv - that we loved as it brought us back to the 80s! So Loved every minute! Their staff was friendly from the minute we walked in! So stop in as the food is quite delicious, the brew was fresh and depending on your taste Im certain you'll love it and have another!
