Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Mill Valley

Definitely worth the time and money as the food is fresh and you don't eat a ton of ice or sugar in their smoothies or bowls which means you're eating nothing but real food with no fillers or additives. Definitely love my decision to switch from Jamba Juice to Vitality Bowls! I don't mind paying a bit extra because the service and quality I receive is awesome, and my energy has gone up tremendously and I find myself sleeping and working better.

Oh yeah I was so surprised to taste warm chicken in my salad! Completely blew my mind 😂 never would've thought that warm chicken with cool crisp and fresh vegetables would pair so nicely.

But yeah other than that the owners of the Mill Valley and San Jose locations are two very kind, honest, and hardworking sisters. It was me and my boyfriend's first experience at Vitality Bowls. I usually love acai but this acai bowl was just okay (they really cheaped out on the bee pollen).

The service and attitude of the lady who was taking the order was not okay at all. She raised her voice at my boyfriend for not making an immediate decision and for being soft-spoken. Not even a minute after order placement, she shooed us off from the counter as we were looking at the in-store menu to see if there was anything worth ever coming back for (even after pre-food tipping).

Overall, I don't ever want to go back because the lady was rude and rushing our first experience when the place was not busy. This was not worth it for some mediocre acai that is not even...

I used to love vitality bowls. Now days it's hit or miss, usually miss. 9/10 times when I order through doordash or uber eats my order is wrong. Directions are rarely followed, or just some of them are. I know they can read the notes on the order since some or the special instructions are followed but it's like they just pick and choose which ones they wanna follow and which add ons the customer paid for that they want to add to the order. I thought maybe putting the notes in every place I possibly could on the order would help, so I tried that yesterday and still, only some of the instructions...
