Arby's — Restaurant in Millersburg

This location is advertised as being open 24 hours and it SURELY IS!! It is attached to LOVES!! However, it's strange that GOOGLE NEEDS TO CHANGE THE TIME TO “OPEN 24 hours,” as it is also displayed on the big FWY sign when you drive by it. During my recent visit, I encountered an employee named Kerry, as shown on the receipt, who appeared quite annoyed.

If you happen to visit around 1 am, they seem reluctant to cook for customers, citing a lack of menu items and long cooking times. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the other employee working with Kerry, as he seemed to be doing everything to avoid upsetting her. This created a sad atmosphere for both customers and staff, as we are simply here for a great meal.

Additionally, it seems like they deliberately lower or dim the lights, giving the impression that the store is closed. This has left many truckers and other customers confused about whether the location is open or closed. It's disappointing when we expect a 24-hour service, but the reality is...

Not as good as before. Not sure why the fish sandwich went from big lettuce and slices to diced and shredded additions, but it was a messy and less substantial meal this time. The fish slab was still good. Bun was not very substantial. Service was fast and friendly. The two for six bucks deal was great. What happened? May not eat there again.

Update: Owner wants my contact information in MarketForce (direct marketing). I advise reviewers NOT TO do so. Let the owner process it. Anyway the point for customers is to say; "Don't skimp on the lattice and tomato!" and "What happened to the Hawaiian bun?". Hey Arby, make it more than fish and bun. It's already got sauce on it, so you can decline the offer of more sauce. It's so close to being the best under $5 fish...

You cant even leave a review on the link they send you because this business is not listed! Pretty sure they are paying for positive reviews, its odd that you even have reviews claiming "I love the frostys and burgers" give me a break,thats not even the same joint! They have a broken fryer and 2 employees! They couldnt complete half my order, including a chicken sandwich or even curly fries. Not only that, they had only 1 "ONE" packet of arbys sauce. But they were more than willing to charge me for a whole ounce of cheese in a little plastic cup. Who the heck is running this place? They get away with bad service standards because there is a Loves attached to it. Otherwise, if it were a stand alone it wouldnt last more than a few months with this kind of service....
