Subway — Restaurant in Mills Township

This time I went in there at 8:45p.m. they don't close till 9:00 but you can't get a sub after 8:40p.m. employee said that she was instructed by her management to tear everything down before 9:00. My problem is how are you supposed to serve food up until 9:00 if you never have the stuff ready. I couldn't even get my sub toasted, and this isn't the first time this is probably the 10th time I've been in there and been refused service or couldn't get what I wanted because they're halfway cleaned up. If you want your employees to be out at 9:00 then maybe you should close your restaurant at 8:00 or 8:30. It's ridiculous! On 8/29/23 this subway was experiencing technical issues so we couldn't use card to pay or collect points. Ok so i go to cash out and I have 2 coupons. One coupon scanned and the other didn't. The young lady that was working that night was bound and determined to help me get dinner for my family. So I asked her if she could get ahold of the manager(sweet young lady) to help with this matter and she promptly got on the phone and gave her a call and just like that I was able to get my families dinner as planned. Wanted applewood pulled pork wrap but they don’t have any prepared and it would take 20minutes or longer for them to go in the back and open some so didn’t get pulled pork that I’ve never got to try.
