Ai Kah Garden — Restaurant in Milton Township

When placing an order over the phone, the guy that takes the orders rushes you. He doesn’t even give you a chance to place the order without cutting you off in a sentence, or possibly even just hanging up the phone thinking that he took all of your order I’ve been going there for a long time the food is OK, I’ve never had a problem till recently the crab ragoons were spoiled so I immediately called him, told him that I could not eat them and he said that was not a problem and the next time I come in there, he would give me a refund of $7 So when I go up there to get some food a couple days latter I ask about the refund and he gets all upset with me and rudely says here’s your refund for the ragoons that you bought and to never come back, which makes no sense to me very poor customer service. It’s not my fault their food was spoiled. Luckily I didn’t get sick from it and we’re only talking about seven dollars here. The other food that I ordered with it was just fine so I do not recommend going to this place no more And since the pandemic, the prices are just absolutely getting ridiculous there. So my advice everyone is, I would avoid this place at all costs. It’s nothing but a hassle Dealing...

One star due to how I was treated by them today.

They have you go to a window to pick up the food in the freezing cold instead of just opening the lobby.

I am not talking a drive thru, I am talking standing out in the cold.

They come to the window, hand you your food, then leave you and your food out in the cold while they go back to the counter to run your card.

I asked if they were going to open the lobby and he said no so I told him I won't be back until the weather breaks and he ok and shut the window in my face. I had to set there for several minutes before I could sign the receipt because the pens were frozen because it is freezing outside.

Needless to say, my food was very cold due to them not taking care of the customer and having the lobby open leaving me outside.

I will never be back and will spread the word far and wide, their food has gone downhill anyway in my opinion.Done with them

An absolute darling experience!

Oh my , what a gentleman. The chef… god bless his name , made me the most lovely crème brûlée stir fried rice I ever did have . AND even stuck his head out the window full speed and delivered it to me ! Aw , swell ! And you know what else ? He even hand squeezed a helping hand of Chinese duck sauce right onto my plate after banging some pots and pans around in the back I even had some left over for later! Not gona lie , after spending some time living in Mung Chu China myself I gotta say this here is the real shit ! Generous portions, descent price and the man is the most charming individual to ever walk gods green earth by god
