This place earned it.

So, I had not eaten all day because I had been in the hospital with my mom, so I was crazy hungry. I had been craving some good Chinese and I looked to see if any place was close. I usually don't go to places below 4.5 stars, but giving place a chance to improve their stars, I chose them. Plus it was better than fast food. It was 9:30pm.

So it your typical hole in wall joint. Not pretty by any means. But I don't really care about that too much anyway. I order a dinner and waited about 15 mins for my food to be ready. I used my card that notify me of my charges. The bill was $17.74 and the charge on the card was $21.29. I showed it to the guy with my receipt to tell him there was been some mistake. He argued with me and said "your bank will fix it" I said "it's not my bank that's incorrect, it's the charge" then he told me to go home and get back to them in the morning if my charge stayed the same. Working as a server previously, I know fully well that you can add tips to charges.

I'm just baffled at how blatantly this employee stole from me.

I had hope, menu looks legit, staff looks legit, food is trash. To the people who make this food, are you really putting forth Chinese food? If so, you should be embarrassed. If you are putting forward Chinese food that you think Americans like, you are wrong, please make real food. So shameful your food. Fried rice is literally embarrassing, nothing but rice with small flavor of soy and sesame oil, general tsos chicken chicken is sad and too sweet, and the chicken is almost completely lost in the breading. Mushroom chicken and beef broccoli, no flavor, same sauce which is a lazy gravy not scratch made. So I have gotten the general chicken from here for dinner many times and it was pretty good, but I went during the day for lunch and ordered the same thing. The chicken was pure fried breading, no chicken in there whatsoever. It was disgusting. I brought it all back into her and she argued with me as if it was my fault that I didn't like it that way and said that everybody likes it that way and I continued to tell her that it's called general "chicken", not generals hard unedible bread. She continued to tell me that she could not refund me because it was a credit card. But as we continued arguing about this. She eventually told me just to get my card and refunded me.
