Fast and fresh food! Best Italian Beef sandwich in the City!😃 Just re- visited this restaurant & was Gravely disappointed. ONLY got a banana split, soda & fries To satisfy Fat Tuesday's indulgence. Would have order a Sandwich or Meal but the ordering process started out funky! Ask for my ice cream to be separate from The Banana Split so the ice cream didn't melt before making it home. Told him I will pay extra to place it in a seperate container. The cook/ owner whoever he is wanted to argue with me that he didn't do that but he will make an exception, How about "Banana Split hold the ICE CREAM!"...But for $6 u don't get to keep one of the main ingredients! then I asked if he would add pecans (an Extra topping) .... which he said for $0.75. He then got upset because the pecans were bad rotten pecans and I complained about the rotten pecans. VERY disturbing to have went and Revisited this place I thought was awesome for their sandwiches finally tried the Banana Split and HE lied and said he didn't have chocolate ice cream because I wanted chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla on the banana split, then HE wanted to become irate about the pecans being rotten, forgot to give me the crush nuts that comes with the Banana Split because He substituted pecans and I wanted the pecans & the crush peanuts. He got upset because he had to give me the crush peanuts that comes with the banana split customer satisfaction down the...

I'd honestly give this place 4.5 almost 5 stars, but for some reason they can't seem to get my order correct all the time. I have ordered there tons of times and it's sometimes a hit with the accuracy and other times a miss. When I ask Carlos to rectify the situation especially after it being the third time in a row this has happened he said the only thing he could do was remake the food..or " You can take the stuff off and throw it away". I explained to him that I was now off back at work near downtown ( which is the total opposite end) and I also let him know this is the third time in the row and he still wasn't open to anything else for the convenience. The food I give 4.5 and the customer service a 2.5. The girl who took the order was friendly, but accuracy is key and as the owner/ head chef I expected more....

I ordered a gyro for me and a chicken shiskob for my husband. My husband bit into his sandwich and there was hair in his food. He literally pulled the hair out of his mouth. We called them and they offered us another sandwich or a refund. We chose the refund. However when my husband took it back, the cashier made the comment that no one there has black hair. My husband looked at the cook and it was plain to see her had black hair. I used to love this place but they don't have to worry about us again.

Not to mention, they had the AC on in the lobby in the dead of winter. It was freezing and other customers...
