Hot Rice 2 — Restaurant in Milwaukie

I have literally eaten there over 20 times in the last three months. My favorite is lunch special #3; grilled teriyaki chicken breast over hot rice :) and some salad with two skewers with hot grilled shrimp and a drink for $7.95! If you're not a shrimp person order a #1 and get all the same stuff minus the shrimp for $6.50. Staff is awesome and friendly, place is clean and busy, yet your food comes out hot and fresh within minutes of ordering, even when it is in the middle of the lunch rush!

My wife and I used to come here all the time, Sadly we don't drive so its been some time since we have been able to dine here. We got the urge to get some yummy teriyaki, however no delivery service had them on there list. My wife calls of course to see if they work with a deliver service and the person response is to laugh at my wife and then say no mam. If your response to a simple inquiry is to laugh at people then I can pass on your food and I suggest anyone else pass as well. I don't suggest supporting a business with such poor customer service. Need a quick, inexepensive yummy lunch? You found it here! The chicken is grilled, with sear marks and the sauce is light and delicious. I can't think of a better lunch for $6 dollars, six bucks! Each plate is enough for two people, maybe three if you eat for your health amounts.

Whenever my 3 year old has had a bad day, I know this food will make her feel better. It helps that they actually want to please you.
