Horrible service, very rude employees who pay no attention when customers are ordering. They were standing around talking and drinking their drinks when we arrived at the window. That’s probably why they didn’t hear all of our order. When we arrived at the window we asked if she got our #2 (which we ordered first) and she said “no that’s why I asked what else you said.” Well, considering we said that first, that wouldn’t be what else we said. She then got very rude and never spoke another word to us; just handed us our food. I know I shouldn’t expect much from an Arby’s attached to a truck stop in Minden, but working in fast food you need to have some customer service skills and know how to speak proper English. Read moreMy family is moving cross country in a 30 ft UHaul with a trailer and stopped here to grab something to eat. We wanted to go in but the dinning room was closed. A guy told us that they were taking orders from walk ups at the window so we walked around to do so because the drive thru had a very sharp curve that we couldnt get our truck through. They told us that they were only surving truckers that walked up. We told them what we were driving and the cashier just shrugged at us. I asked if we could at least get something for our young daughter who was at the window with us and cashier laughed in our faces and said "Is she a trucker?" Then she slammed the window closed. Read moreArby's at the LOVE'S truck stop. The customer service definitely lacked friendliness/enthusiasm. Not helpful at all. The cashier appeared to be pregnant (just as a reference). I ordered mozzarella sticks. I was the only customer when I walked in. 5 min or so after I ordered somebody else came in and ordered. I started to observe the cashier using a net to clean out the frier grease AND THEN DROP MY MOZZARELLA STICKS. My problem is why in the hell hadn't she already cleaned it before I got there or even in the five minutes before the other customer walked in?
