Paradise Resort Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Minnesota

After a couple visits at the bar I was told by the staff the beach was public and I could take my kids there...only to have the owner accost me on the street for using his beach without his permission. The guy needs to get his house in order and not fly off the handle for no reason. I instantly said I’d get my kids off the beach but he kept yelling and calling me a liar. I called the office to see if I could pay for a day beach pass and again I was told the beach was public by the bar staff. I turned my kids around to go swimming, but when I checked at the bar to be doubly sure she said it used to be public but as of now it’s not. If you like an ill tempered argumentative place stop in...the’ll never get another...

Went here on a busy Friday night, our tab was $75 with tip, looked on account next day and we were charged $95. Clearly someone at the bar decided to add more of a tip. Which was not deserved. Food took forever to get, one meal was given to another table and they had to remake it so it was way after rest of food and we were still charged for it. Ordered fries which was a up charge and never got them with the meal. We didn’t say anything to waitress (which was also 3 different waitresses that served us) because it was busy and we just wanted to leave. Disgusted that someone would do this, we will NEVER be going back and tell many others to never go...

Cabins: Water smelled like rotten eggs, black mold in bathroom, large family of mice that made noise at night and left droppings, stained garage sale furniture. Restaurant: Very poor service. Missing french fries from one meal, very underdone potatoes for two meals (which the waitress didn't remedy even after complaint), ran out of special of the day but didn't offer substitute...just brought VERY small end-piece of pork instead of entire pork chop, salads finally brought at end of meals when we said we hadn't received them. Would give this place less than one star if possible. Don't waste your money or your...
