Ballpark Pizza Team is the quintessential neighborhood pizza joint. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, friendly atmosphere that feels both lively and comfortable. With plenty of seating available, itâs clearly designed to be a gathering place for the community. The vibe instantly took me back to post-baseball game dinners with the family; itâs casual, unpretentious, and perfectly suited for a relaxed evening out. We ordered a couple of their pizzas, and they were exactly what youâd hope for from a place like this: reliably good. This isn't gourmet pizza, and it doesn't pretend to be. Instead, you get a solid, decent-quality pie that is sure to please everyone at the table. The crust was nicely baked, the toppings were plentiful and it all came together for a satisfying meal. Ballpark Pizza Team knows its identity and executes it perfectly. It's a fantastic spot for families, local teams, or anyone who appreciates a welcoming environment paired with a good, honest slice of pizza. Itâs a place you can count on for a consistently pleasant experience. We'll be back when we're in the mood for a casual and comforting...
Read moreMe and my family picked up three large pizzas here a couple of weeks ago after my college graduation. We got a margarita pizza, an Alley-oop pizza, and another pizza with anchovies and some other good stuff on top. To have the culmination of my college experience take place in the presence of ballpark Pizza was definitely a highlight of the day. Eating the pizzas at home with family brought a tenderness to my heart. Meeting Betsy ballpark was also fun. My parents also brought me a souvenir in the form of a ballpark pizza team pen which I will use to write future essays and texts and novels with. The pizzas were cooked nicely as the crust didn't droop like other cheap pizzas do, the cheese was plentiful and the toppings were scattered beautifully across the circular canvas. My family was very hungry so we devoured those pizzas like ravenous beasts. The parmesan cheese packets were an added bonus that added more yum yum to my pizza. My family will definitely be eating here again once the paycheck...
Read moreIt had been years, I mean at least a decade since I ate at Ballpark Pizza, but I never stopped telling everyone that it is truly the best pizza you could ever eat. You know that weird anxious feeling you get before seeing a once-close friend after a long time apart? I'm ashamed to admit it, but prior to this recent experience I was starting to feel a little reluctance toward trying Ballpark Pizza again.
I was thinking, "Maybe after a decade they changed, and got worse like almost all of my favorite dining spots? Do I really want to give them a chance to disappoint me?"
Well, I went back and decided to get my usual: A large pepperoni, mushroom, olive, and ground beef pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce.
I'm exuberantly happy to say that Ballpark Pizza is still the best pizza place around, hands down. Why had I forsaken them for so long?! My dear, sweet Ballpark Pizza, forgive me for betraying thee, there is none...
