Placed an order thru their app at 930am. When we got to the store, walked up to the front door it was locked. We saw there were employees inside so drove to the drive-thru window. At least one employee clearly made eye contact but just totally ignored us. We waited a couple minutes and then just drove away hangry. After a couple days, my credit card was charged for the food I never got so I went back to Wendy's to see if they could just fulfill the order I never got or refund my money.
