Wendy's — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

Placed an order thru their app at 930am. When we got to the store, walked up to the front door it was locked. We saw there were employees inside so drove to the drive-thru window. At least one employee clearly made eye contact but just totally ignored us. We waited a couple minutes and then just drove away hangry. After a couple days, my credit card was charged for the food I never got so I went back to Wendy's to see if they could just fulfill the order I never got or refund my money. The lady said I had to call customer service to get a refund. On the bright side, I saved myself from a few thousand calories, but sheesh...what a...

Order special burger with no catchup or special sauce in the drive thru and got home and my order was wrong. I called the store and they hu g up on me and won't answer there phone...wow what poor customer service the owner of this Wendy's need to wake up and fire that crew...Sunday 6:30pm on 8/24/25 .I hate to do this but omg I have never been treated with such disrespect...I have never left any reviews before and felt that i had no choice but to do so.....I have never had such a bad experience...

I’m not sure why folks are complaining about this location as it met my expectations. This place runs at lot better than the average fast food joints. This location has the best quality of ingredients and freshness. They also have very clean and updated facilities since the building is new.
