Sam's Cafe — Restaurant in Mississippi

Great little small town cafe located in Terry, Mississippi. Great food at extremely reasonable prices. You can call ahead and you food will be hot and ready when you arrive. The best thing is take out I live about 15 miles away and when I get home and open my box the food is piping hot. Condiments are always included with your food. This is the real definition of a "local food joint". The food you can get from here is food you can get from pretty much anywhere but the flavors, expected wait on you food, and family friendly atmosphere given by this family is what will make you want to come back weekly. Service was really good, unfortunately though, the food was not. Gyro was way too salty and whoever heard of putting cheese on it like it’s a Philly??? Also got whitefish…it was decent but wasn’t fried hard enough at all. Probably won’t ever go back if I’m being honest.
