Uncle Joe's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Mississippi

Just left this establishment less than 10 minutes ago with my family for the first time. Since my dad had their catering at a company meeting and really enjoyed the food, he wanted to take us to the restaurant. Walked in, no greeting or informing us if we had to wait to be seated or even if we could seat ourselves, so we basically wondered around for a couple of minutes. I decided that someone would have to take the initiative so I asked the waitress could we seat ourselves or??? She stated we could and after being a server myself for some years I know a guest shouldn't be unattended within two minutes of sitting at a table, that also made us uncomfortable. No introduction, no drinks, no menus...absolutely nothing. Now don't me wrong, we know businesses have a peak period and they can become overwhelmed but, sadly to admit, it wasn't busy and we were the only people of color in the establishment. To make a long story short, we gave our waitress??? (not sure because she never approached us) until 12:56 to atleast acknowledge us, give menus, or take drink orders then tell us she would be back. Never happened. We obviously felt the tension in the atmosphere and felt uncomfortable so decided to leave. No "why are you guys leaving" , no goodbyes, or anything. Uncle Joe's Pizza and Wings , Diamondhead, MS around...

I love taking out food from Uncle Joe's. They have great food that's worth a few extra dollars than other pizza and wings restaurants around.

However, last week I called in an order to be picked up and I was treated very rudely when I asked if I could do a half & half specialty pizza. I was told that I could not do that which was fine, but I was curious why to see if there could be a remedy to make both sides happy.

I was told it's because the sauces would be different on each side. I was happy to hear that answer because I didn't mind having the same sauce on each side. So when I started to say that to the girl that answered the phone, she immediately cut me off and said that they just don't do it because that's what management told them.

I would have been fine with the answer if it wasn't for her attitude and condescending tone.

I asked to have my order cancelled because it wasn't what I wanted with the thoughts of ordering something different. However, before I was able to figure out what I would like instead, the girl said "fine, it's cancelled!" And hung up on me.

I do love Uncle Joe's food; however, after the way I was treated...it's going to be a long time before I order from them again. Great food doesn't outweigh...

I ordered from Uncle Joe’s Pizza and Wings for my friend’s birthday party, and the experience was fantastic! We got a large Kitchen Sink pizza, a gluten-free Kitchen Sink pizza with cauliflower crust, and 50 wings - half Wasabi Ranch and half Garlic Parmesan.

The wings were incredible and big, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Wasabi Ranch had a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the Garlic Parmesan was rich, buttery, and perfectly seasoned. Both were a hit with everyone at the party.

The large Kitchen Sink pizza was insanely hug… way bigger than I expected. I usually eat a lot, but after just two slices, I was already full. If you’re feeding a crowd, this is a great choice, and you could stretch it even further by cutting it into smaller slices. The crust and dough were excellent, giving off a wood-fired taste, even though I don’t think it was actually cooked in a wood oven. Either way, it was delicious!

Customer service was fast and efficient. our entire order was ready in about 20 minutes, which is impressive for the amount of food we got.

Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Joe’s Pizza and Wings for anyone looking for great-tasting pizza, flavorful wings, and quick service. I’ll definitely be...
