We took a vacation and went here for my birthday. It was so lovely. The vibe is so chill and natural. The host and the servers are all very friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed to order or anything. It was very hot and I totally ordered the cold soup. It was very refreshing. Perfect for this time of year. The food was yummy. I ordered the shrimp pasta dish and I think it could be a little bit more season but it was still good. I really don't have any complaints. Also we ordered the berry pie at the end of dessert and the bees loved it. The scenery is very nice.

We came here for the good reviews but were totally disappointed. Then I realized most of those reviews were at least a year ago. Both of the ($15) burgers we had were overcooked and had no flavor at all. The bun and fries were burnt. When the waiter asked how everything is, I told her about the fries since they’re easily replaceable. However, she just said ā€œI’m sorryā€ with no attempt to make it up, which made me think that she was asking for the sake of asking. I guess either or both the chef or management have changed.

My wife and I moved to the Rattlesnake in October and thought we would give this place a shot. We were so impressed. This has been our new go-to and have been 15 times since. My favorite is the salmon and risotto or the steak frites, both of which NEVER disappoint. However I think it's worth it to give the specials a chance, as they have great ones. Honestly, they could serve hotdogs and grilled cheeses, and we would still come for the people. Karen and Barrett are so nice, and that passes on to their employees.

Over priced, wanna be upscale establishment. Never open when you need them to be. Ripping off the community with their high priced menu items and "market" options. It must be nice to have a place that you really don't need to make a living. This is what we call a "Vanity project" to brag to your friends " hey I own a restaurant" another one of those. Worked for too many of these types of owners. Staffing high schoolers so they can under pay, micro manage & control... Portray yourself as community driven folk.. Local kids come over after school because it is the only thing that's close, purchase items from your market to have a little hangout, giggle and talk just to get kicked out by staff saying they were being obnoxious to customers?? Being followed from the restroom asking if they have a problem? What is this the Ritz Carlton? In your small world a place like this seems big. Just another way to rip off a small town with very few options. Will never step foot in this place even to wipe the dirt...

Was really excited, as I’ve eaten there years ago many, many times. Took the family, some for their first time. I will say the house salad and balsamic were delicious. My sons burger was pretty much tasteless as if no or very little seasoning was added. My chicken sandwich was dry and so very plain..no condiments and on two dry flat bun bottoms (yes, not a top and bottom, but two bottoms)…not the juicy flavorful sandwich I remember at all. The fries were hard as if older. We miss the garlic fries.. As I said, the house salad was good and I’ll also add that the Pad Thai special was also pretty good. The staff was nice too!! But, I don’t think we need to go there again. Disappointing because it’s in our ā€˜hood and we love to support local but the food quality is mediocre at best and just not the same as it was. I hope everyone has a...

We stopped here while visiting and how disappointed we were! Such an unorganized, unfriendly cluster! After finally placing our order with an unsmiling, unhelpful staff, we got our coffee from an extremely unpleasant staff member and then proceeded to wait an hour for our food! Through out this wait at no point were we spoken to or apologized to-we were never warned that it would be an hour wait! 1 in our group ordered the ā€œspecialā€ which came out cold and very unspecial-when asked we were told ā€œoh we ran outā€! Would have been nice to be informed, not just simply brought a plain omelet. The other 2 of us also received our order which thankfully was correct but was cold. I don’t know what took an hour for omelets which we could have gotten anywhere but they could have at least been served warm...
