Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Missouri City

I am loss of words. The only words that I ca. Use to describe the staff is lazy, sad and pathetic. Funny thing is, one of the staff members, the laziest of them all, agreed that they all were sad. Jose, the manager, is fully aware of the lack of customer service and the prevalent laziness amount the staff bur chooses to remain hopeless and not do anything about it. I have came to this establishment for 2 years and there has not been one time that they messed my order up. My employees try their best to avoid going there but if they absolutely have to, they come back with a complaint that we usually laugh about and try to avoid being anything like their staff at Laredo taco company inside of the stripes/711. The black lady with glasses is absolutely useless when it comes to any assistance. I'm sure they keep her in the back, away from any customers, with the littlest amount of work as possible. The Mexican ladies in the back work as though there is a quota on messing up as many orders as possible. They need to get a new staff who cares...

This place is in need of some sort of management because quite frankly there is none. One lady was in the back yelling on the phone about how she hates someone while there was another guy back there just standing around chilling. Another was working her hardest solo to get orders done. After waiting 20ish mins for them to assemble 3 tacos and put some beans and undercooked potatoes on my plate, I get to my destination only to find out I’m missing the taco for my wife so I only got 2/3 I ordered. Usually I love Laredo taco it’s unfortunate this is one I won’t be going to again. If this is your first experience at one, this is the bottom of the totem pole there are much much better locations. The worst food I have ever had. They did not deliver what I ordered. The beans were hard and dry and not edible.
