Read moreI have given this restaurant a million chances to redeem themselves from the poor service they continue to present. The waitresses are phenomenal, but the business is run poorly. There is absolutely no quality control when it comes to the kitchen. I know the waitresses try their best to check the food as it goes out, especially on call in orders. But the kitchen staff just tosses food together and sends it out no matter the condition.
Last time I ordered breakfast and received uncooked eggs and hashbrowns. I ordered extra extra extra crispy hashbrowns and they came cold as ice, the eggs were half raw and the bacon was half done.
Today I got lunch, the fries had other fried foods mixed in, cant tell what it was. But it appears they have not cleaned the fryer in some time. The burger was gross, especially with the onion. I ordered grilled onions on it and they came raw.

We ordered and George was getting cold unfortunately we didn't bring him a jacket. Our waitress came out and I asked if she had anything to cover him with and the cook gave him his coat. Our food came out and everything was delicious. George not ate all his dinner. The waitress and cook were awesome. Finish line is a small country diner and we go there a lot.
