My family ate at Ledgestone for breakfast before heading home. It was a convenient stop out. It was not busy which was nice, but I guess I expected too much from a country club grille. My son has food allergies, common allergies that are the top 7, and when I asked about if the pancakes contained the allergens our waitress said “well, I don’t know”. I asked her to look. I assume the person that looked was a manager and she came out and told me that it was in their pancake mix. I then ordered the breakfast burrito for my son and ask for something to be removed only to be informed they are premade and frozen. So they are charging $10 for a frozen breakfast burrito. That was surprising. Sadly, the food and service did not match the price tag of eating here. Like I said before, I expected too much from a country club grille and I must be accustomed to our country club where food is made there and is fresh, refills are made without asking and when you ask for something it is brought out immediately or are informed if something is not available, as well as checked on frequently, especially with young children. Also, 18% gratuity added is quite steep, especially when service was not the best. We were not checked on, refills were not made, and it was not just our table I noticed this with.
So, my advice is there are better places to eat, but if you want something quick then I guess this would work. Just know it’ll be a...
Read moreHorrible service! Insanely rude worker! Never ordering again! We ordered pick up and the lady that took our order was so rude and hateful. She wouldn't even give us a pick up time for the food. She actually refused to give an estimate. We waited 30 minutes and went to get the food. She argued with us about putting it on our account because she pulled up the wrong account. We paid for the order instead of having her be hateful any longer and by the time we got the food it was cold. When she was arguing I should have just walked out and not taken the old, cold food. Not to mention they always put orders on the wrong account if there are similar names. And our entire...
Read moreI had company in town so I took them down to our clubhouse for breakfast. I was so embarrassed. It was all microwave food that they serve for free at hotels. You couldn't get hash browns. They were those square little microwave potatoes. Obviously powdered scrambled eggs that were heated in the microwave along with rubbery sausages. And the breakfast didn't even come with toast. $26 for $2 or $3 worth of institution type microwaved food. I seriously wonder if there was even a grill back there or just a giant microwave. Such a beautiful facility on a wonderful golf course. They...
