This facility is super chill inside motto gas station ⛽. They have the capability to order from the AI machines. The soda and ice machine is located outside so u can always get free water. The Wi-Fi network 🛜 is high speed for phone and gaming while taking a break from the road. The food is always fresh from McDonald's but me personally I like to ask them to make the fried fresh to order. My favorite for the price is the triple cheese burger. I have been a McChicken fan before the triple cheese burger. In the last 20 years the manu has remained similar there been mayor upgrade to the drive thru. I don't like the fact that I can't place a order in the drive thru if u don't have a vehicle. So days that inside is closed the worker in public transit in that stop leaving the warehouse are not able to grab a order to go. It works out for the gas station customer grab a snack and beer and go on the bus. I ask why I can't place a order in the drive thru. The lady responded that is a safety hazard and they don't want me to get ran over by a driver since I have no vehicle. Read moreThe worst service I’ve ever had anywhere! My family and I couldn’t go through the drive thru with our fifth wheel RV so we tried to go in. Indoor dining/ordering was not available so they told us to order in our car from the mobile app. We ordered through the app and it said that there was a problem with the payment and to show a code to a staff member to resolve the problem. We go back in and try to fix this and they were all very rude, ignorant people that wouldn’t help us in any way. Even asking if we could walk through the drive thru to order (because they refused to take an order in person) they still told us no and told us there was nothing they could do. We offered to even tip extra money if they could just let us order, they said it was “too far of a walk” to order from the computer in the back where drive thru orders were taken. It was ridiculous and a huge waste of time on my end. The manager I spoke to was named John, he doesn’t know how to handle customer service. I hope all the staff at this location...
Read moreI went in to pick up my mobile order (that I already paid for on the app). A customer walked in speaking broken English. He had his bag in hand and said, excuse me I ordered the #9 this isn't it. The cashier looks at him and says, "Well if you're to dumb to order the wrong thing, that's your problem." I walked forward and told the kid that he can't speak to customers that way and that this is McDonald's, grab the guy what he ordered, apologize for the mistake and move on." The cashier looks at his manager saying it's not his fault and this other man was rude to me and points me out. I looked at the manager and said I'm not giving money to a business that allows that kind of behavior and walked out. Didn't get my mobile order, nor did I care at that point. I called the 800 number, got someone in a foreign country That didn't understand the issue but was going to forward it to the franchisee to follow up with me. That never happened either.
