Nautifish Rum Bar — Restaurant in Missouri

Long read warning It's been a tradition to end our vacation here for years. However, this year wish we would have skipped it. Waitress messed our orders up numerous times. Like bringing my PREGNANT niece a STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI; instead of a virgin daiquiri that she ordered 🤦🏼‍♀️. She was very apologetic about it. About all of it, but there were 4 screw ups out of 7 people. We understand mistakes happen, but come on! I ordered garlic parm wings and they brought me hot wings. Left them sitting on the table for 10 min. after I told her they weren't correct......came back to get them and said they could just fix them. They basically rinsed them and put the new sauce on and brought them back out. Nobody at our table would eat them they were so disgusting after that. TERRIBLE! It's your basic lake bar/food you're paying 2x as much for, but you go in knowing so it's ok. The real attractions here is the fun atmosphere. Which makes it worth paying the lake prices here a little more than some of the other places. They have a lot to do: Good band w/room for dancing, poocorn hole, shuffle board, etc. The people are fun and friendly, making it a whole experience. Lastly, this place is not handicap accessible at all. We wanted to bring our mom, but there's no way to get her to the bathroom easily or from the boat ramps to the restaurant. Kind of disappointing. This was one of the worst meals I've ever eaten.

Taylor L, the manager on shift, was our server and was short with us off the bat, rude and rolled her eyes at my girlfriend, condescending to us when we asked questions, and not very present during the meal. She also only brought enough water for 1/3 of the table at first, then we had to prompt her every single time we needed more.

We felt pressured to order when we weren't quite ready yet, and after we did she got my girlfriend's order wrong (which happens I get it), but when the food came out and we brought the error to her attention, she blatantly rolled her eyes and accused my girlfriend of saying the wrong thing. (She said the correct entrée, and most of our party of 11 heard the correct thing, so it wasn't just a misspeak).

The food was horrible. My chicken sandwich had the tiniest portion of chicken on it, which was extremely overcooked.

The fries for the whole party tasted as if they had been out of the fryer and under the food warmers for at least 30 minutes, the were dry, flavorless, and unseasoned.

My dad's fish & chips were just as bad, the fish was extremely greasy, overcooked, and small portions as well. The rest of the tables were just as bad.

Overall a horrible dining experience and we will absolutely not be back. I would advise...

When we tried to order, we were told after we received our drinks that they were out of fish. We tried to order a second time and they were out of bone in wings. We were frustrated at this point. After waiting 30-45 minutes, we received our food. Burger was bland. Chicken was tough, and fries tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour. The worst part was when a man asked us how it was (we assumed it was a cook or manager), and then 10 minutes later we watched him jump in the lake only in his underwear, he got out of the water with a towel around his waist, and then dropped the towel and was in his underwear trying to redress himself 10 feet away from us.
