Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mitchell

Last time I placed an order it was for 2 sub's, 1 week ago. What they fixed was 2 Pizzas They gave me a promo code for a free dessert to use for my next visit. So this weekend we decided to try and order more sub's. I had to repeat part of my order 4 times and then I was going to use my promo code for my free dessert and of course it didn't come up in their system. So I took a clear pic of my promo card so the gentleman that was picking up for me could show them as per instructions by the employee. Then the manager called me and said I would have to bring it in which would have been more than inconvenient at this particular time. So I'm guessing that they will probably get my order wrong again after repeating it 4 times. So I just canceled my order and probably never order from the Mitchell store again. I lived in French Lick IN. and never had a problem ever there, and these 2 stores are owned by the same family, so I believe that this may be a management issue. Just saying, word travels fast on...

Traveled from Tennessee to do a paranormal investigation at Whispers Estate they have a special. I called and ordered a whispers 1-1 lg 2 topping pizza $9.99. And a whispers 2-1 lg 2 topping w/breadsticks $15.99. The breadsticks weren’t delivered we stopped our delivery person and she said she would be back with them. And she never showed up called back and whoever I talked to said they didn’t know what I was talking about and if I wanted bread sticks I would have to place another order and pay for them AGAIN. They were rude and definitely not helpful. We gave her $50 for the food and a tip. We were robbed. So...

Tonight would be the third time that I have had an issue at this Papa John's recently whether it be my food not being made properly or payment issues. I usually pay with a gift card because it is cheaper to do so, however the app was having a glitch tonight and wouldn't accept my gift card so I went to the store to pay and pick it up but apparently you can't combine gift cards and specials or Papa dough.
