Delicious Food & Great Atmosphere! 5-Stair review!!!

We decided to try out La Casa Hidalgo and ordered food for pick-up. While waiting, I got to soak in the atmosphere, it was warm, welcoming, and had a great vibe.

My wife enjoyed the Grilled Chicken Nachos, which were loaded with flavor and perfectly balanced. I had the Fajitas Steak Hidalgo, and it was cooked just right--tender, seasoned beautifully, and packed with taste. My kids loved their meals, especially the Chimichanga and Cheese Quesadilla, both of which were fresh and delicious.

Even though we ordered to-go, the staff was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The food was well-prepared, flavorful, and definitely worth returning for. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you're craving some great Mexican cuisine!

I have to say I was really disappointed in my overall dining experience. The food takes longer to come out than most Mexican restaurants that I go to. My fajita was brought out and then we waited for another ten minutes for my husbands dish to be served. He ordered a ribeye dish and it came out as a t-bone. The steak was also very tough. They said they didn’t have a ribeye when we asked after the fact. I would suggest that if they are out of a specific menu item, they should ask the customer first if that is ok or perhaps suggest they might want to get something else. I think the waitress was already fed up with us since my husband had complained earlier about how long he had to wait for his food to come out after I got mine. They probably won’t care, but they won’t receive a visit...

Whenever my family wants to go out for Mexican food, I always grumble because they all taste the same to me. Then this place opened in our town after Team 36 closed down. Great atmosphere, great servers and what I have had is the best Mexican food I've found locally. It does not taste like every other Mexican restaurant. But I fell in love with their steak Fiesta Burrito. And their steak street tacos are better than any other place. My whole family likes it better than everywhere else.
