We went in for lunch. We were told to seat ourselves, which we did. No one greeted us at our table. A server was taking care of tables all around us. She never looked at us. Another party came in the server took their drink order, and delivered it. We still waited. The server didn't look at us but continued working all around us. We walked up to the hostess and asked for drinks, and she said she would send someone. No one came. We walked up to the hostess and said no one is helping us, so we will have the buffet, but we would like some drinks. We got our food, and no one came.
