I haven't been here in a very long time, but I nearly lived in it as the proprietor, Connie, was my best friend for decades. She ran it herself with little help & now runs it with her daughter, Chrissie. Not having been home for a while, I imagine by now her grandchildren also help her out. If you're looking for homestyle cooking, the Paragon will supply you with great food, good coffee, homemade rolls, friendly staff & yes, even a bit of love. I initially went here because myself and some fellow Missileers had an opportunity to escape work for a bit and we werenât disappointed! I picked this place specifically due to being listed as a woman-owned business and LGBTQ+ friendly.
