Bullies Drive-In — Restaurant in Monroe

We went to eat on Saturday night. The nice young man took my order I went home to find… 2 sodas were missing, my daughter hamburger was made with sesame seeds which I clearly told them not to use that type of bun, a large fry. I went back at 5 minutes before they closed to let them know of what was missing. I also took back my small fry cause it was half full. He told me that’s how much I get with a small fry (I took a picture of what my other fries looked like). I called Casey the manager and she listened to me and said she was sorry I was inconvenience and that she needed to go cook food cause they were really busy. She also said with the small fries you only get 13-15 fries! Well that’s what you get when you spend 60.00 on fast food I guess that was only for my 5 kids! We live down the street and I will never go there again. I was so shocked how the manager spoke it was like she did...

We actually love Bullies and have been going here for years every time we are down in that area. The food is delicious and the service is usually awesome! This last trip we took was not up to par though. The food was still great and a couple of the cute teens that helped us were awesome, but one of the workers came out right after we got our food and were trying to enjoy it and accused us of using our water cup for soda. We did not and even had to take off the lid and show her. She continued to come back like she was checking and then did the same thing to the table next to us! I’m all about keeping people honest, but please talk to your employees about doing so tactfully and not accusing your customers of being dishonest in the middle of them...

Driving through town on a cross country Road Trip. Was recommended to stop here by someone at the Mystic hot springs. Got into the lobby just as they were closing so we weren't able to enjoy the food inside BUT in the short wait for our foodies the atmosphere was very homey and welcoming. Food was cooked to order. We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and they were not shy about the ranch and it was perfect. The Cali Burger was incredible. But let's talk about those sides. The fries were fresh and crispy. Seasoned so well. The Mozzarella sticks...THAT CHEESE PULL! So good. And the Onion Rings had me in pure bliss. Best stop along this trip so far. If we are ever on I-70 again we will be sure...
