Subway — Restaurant in Monroe

I have never really been a fan of subs as a whole but boy did my opinion change after I came to this subway. I was hungry and I was already filling up my gas tank when I decided to go and get some Subway. As soon as I walk in I am greeted by a lovely female I believe her name was something like Shyane and she was so hospitable and helpful the whole time. She went through some of the choices of breads, meats and cheeses along with there plethora of toppings. I decided to go with the cold cut combo and she recommended the three cheese bread as opposed to the white I was thinking about. Boy was she right that bread was amazing. Food is great if you can catch them open. I order via the app for pickup since it is on my way to work, but they're never open on time. Using the app requires me to pay via credit card or use my reward points and they will not credit those back. Only option is to come in for my sandwich on another day, but I don't think I want the food they make for me after calling a manager... Not the Subway you want to go to. Both employees sitting at tables when we walked in. Not a lot of bread, next to no cookies, dirty tables. While employee was making one of our footlong subs, she scooped out two spoonfuls of steak, took away the rest in the container and replaced it. I was scared to eat it.
