My husband and I had dinner here tonight for the first time. One of the best first impressions I’ve ever had at a restaurant! We went specifically for crawfish and it’s some of the best crawfish I’ve ever had! We ordered boudin balls and fried pickles as well and those were both amazing! Charlie T's DID THAT! The best crawfish I've had on this side of the louisiana/texas line. We've been here for 7 years and I have not been able to find crawfish that compares to good ole louisiana crawfish, but the crawfish we just got from here was just that! Juicy.
