Hardee’s — Restaurant in Montana

Came in today at 4:59 PM there was a gentleman in front of me. I asked him had he ordered yet and he said no he’s been waiting a while so I peaked around the corner and saw an employee leaning up against where the food is prepared on his cell phone scrolling social media. I said excuse me are you guys closed? He looked at me, shook his head and got out of my direct site. The other employee came over and said I’m really sorry. I am trying to bring some chicken right now. There’s five of us here though we are working. The manager came out from our office. I would have done the survey but I never get a receipt from this location. This place is a hit or miss. It's either amazing, or subpar. I got two superstars that only had 1 party each. They got my mushroom burger and fries right, but in this day and age where each penny counts, when you pay for something you want what you paid for. I just want to tell folks to make sure you open each sandwich and check your order. Don't get me wrong I know we all make mistakes. Fast food can be hard. Just do a double check what's on the ticket😉

This place is awesome! Original, fresh, big big portions, did I say Fresh? Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. Many different items, all tasting different, so good. The Prime Rib Breakfast Burrito is unbelievable, lots of meat! Also, the staff are so friendly and helpful and curious, they must pay s decent wage and these folks want to keep their jobs. Very funny and joking, but polite. I was very impressed which is rare in this type of restaurant. Special appreciation to one man, Bradley, I think.
