I’d give it 3.5 stars. The place is okay for the fact that it’s an endless buffet. We came for dinner $18. Decent selection of food but not a wide array. 10 or so meats, 2 soups, and 2 sides (3 if you count french fries). Salmon did not look like salmon, looked and tasted like a white fish less fatty than salmon. Desserts were literally so dry and ice cream was pre scooped sitting out in the freezer no cover. The food was somewhat warm not hot. I understand they don’t want to create a lot of food waste but we came in a bit after 5pm, more than 3 hours before closing and they pretty much only put out small batches of each dish. Also a decent amount of customers eating so I feel like they should have put our way more food. Literally one or two servings of rice or noodles and when we originally got there, there was no rice at all so we had to wait more than halfway though our meal to get a decent side to eat with the meat. The cooks come out very often and just mix the food together and scoop it to the center of the pan to make it appear more full but didn’t replenish any food until it was completely gone. The mushroom chicken and pepper steak were my favorite, didn’t really like anything else honestly. The pepper shrimp would have been great but they don’t clean the poop out the back of them so we didn’t want to eat them. The rice was only good with soy sauce added, a little dry and very tasteless otherwise which was disappointing considering we waited 30 minutes for it to come out. Only pork fried rice so if you don’t eat pork you’re only left with noodles as a side option. Noodles were way better tasting though. Normally we go to a buffet and eat several plates especially my husband but I really only bothered with a single plate. The waitress was very nice however and kept our drinks refilled and...
Read moreI must honestly say this is in the top 3 of the worst Chinese food I've ever had, I ordered general toa's chicken and beef and broccoli, pork fried rice and wonton soup.. the chicken had the look and texture of a processed chicken meatball that they microwaved and covered in some cheap tasteless sauce, beef and broccoli well tasteless chewy meat and zero broccoli covered in onions and peppers also had no taste, the fried rice same issue dry rice frozen veggies and a dash of soy sauce for color. Wonton soup was the only thing that gave them the 1 star should be called dumpling soup a few frozen dumplings in a tasteless broth with broccoli and green onion. If you order the steamed dumplings you will see what's in the soup.. well it's been 20 mins after I ate the food and my stomach is rumbling... not good I would have been better off eating at the truck stop across the street at least the hot food they sell you wasn't cooked...
Read moreI ordered food in a hurry and on a specific time limit, I showed a few minutes after my pickup time and was quoted 15 mins until ready.. at first I was slightly upset due to my time crunch but they were short staffed so its understandable. The greeter/sever was more than friendly and communicated well about my order and the welcoming was great by her and the cook in the back! Both were sure to check that I was taken care of and let me know itd be ready soon. Once in the car I was so hungry I HAD to eat an egg roll. They were SO GOOD I ate both right away. The egg rolls were crunchy, flavorful and held the soy sauce perfectly. Also got the beef lo mein and I was impressed with how much came in a small container, I've never seen one over full! Just wanted to compliment the staff because on the door it said looking for kitchen help. They did AMAZING and I will definitely be coming...
