We were told to drive forward and wait behind another car already parked waiting for their order. We said, no thanks, weโll wait right here at the window. The youth at the window went and got a higher level youth with green hair and piercings who asked us if there was a problem. We said Nope, just waiting for our food . She basically insisted we pull forward behind the other car just barely ahead of us. We did. After waiting over 7 minutes (we were told it was for fresh fries and our chicken patties- which we didnโt order at all, so we were confused but figured it was typical for this place that was already showing incompetence in fulfilling orders). The manager lady brought our food out in the bag (Big Mac, 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 large fry and an apple pie - no chicken lol). But meanwhile we had watched 3 or 4 cars drive past us from the window after getting their food. Guess they all ordered chicken with no fries or something since ours took extra time for fresh fries ๐คทโโ๏ธ. The manager turned away immediately until we spoke to her asking for ketchup. She told us we couldnโt speak to her employees that way (what way? She never asked us what we said or even spoke to us, so how would she know how we spoke to anyone?) For the record we spoke politely with no curse words, no rude terms etc. After she returned with ketchup, we asked for owners name and she was clearly put out. Needless to say she gave us the WRONG NUMBER!? We are awaiting a call back from the owner but doubt anything will result from it. This place has taken one heck of a nose dive into the ground in likeโฆa month.
I have had issues with everything from ordering to even getting the food I ordered. One lady absolutely could not get my order right even after trying three times! Messed it up so bad it cost us almost twice what it should have because she did every single thing separate!
The morning folks are still great, but any other time of day the service is horrible. It took 21 minutes from the moment I entered the drive through to get my food. I also ordered a smoothie. I reminded them once but nothing ever came of it. Ended up leaving. At a half hour there are a number of restaurants a few miles away I couldโve spent less money at.
Also, we customers can see through the window whilst we park to wait for our drive through meal. What a sight! They just run from one area to another and you can visually see they are not able to keep up with the work load. We can see your workers desperately scrambling to keep up. Poor management just shows. Pay them well, and treat them better and youโll have the help you need. Holy cow.
