McDonald's — Restaurant in Montegut

The one crispy chicken deluxe sandwich was burnt and tasted bad.. its mayo was all over the sandwich and the lettuce was scatter on it like someone balled up some lettuce and through it at the pitcher mound and the catcher caught it with a bun. The 3 small dried tomato were on the side..literally on the side of the sandwich... The food was disgusting..I only ate about 3 bites until literally the taste and preparation was enough for me to go to the gas station across the street and take my chances with gas station food.

2nd. A black employee..older with tattoos were standing resting his arms on the table where the orders are left for the dine in customers to grab.. he wasn't waiting for food he wasn't doing anything ...but he had a portable jbl speaker which was playing cursing rap music..the music doesn't bother me.but a little Spanish gurl was standing at the front end ordering her food and she had to hear the foul music..not an ear bud or ear phone..but a full on speaker...then the employee walked to the back grill area just leaving his speaker for everyone to listen to.

Like...I feel like the quality of this store matched new orleans east quality.

I think I'd had a better chance having a homeless man re gurgitate his breakfast onto a plate and I enjoy the warmth and saltiness of his last meal more then my food from this McDonald's.

Really disappointed in the food...but bad food matched with bad employee atmospher...never returning to this dump. The man had a cigarette behind his ear..and his pants were really really low for a restaurant place serving food.

Seems like this establishment doesn't have a grooming policy a employee policy a food quality policy or proper...

We asked that my mother's fish sandwich be without tartar sauce and have mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. The photo shows the 1/16 of a slice of cheese that was on her sandwich. The workers did try to compensate for the lack of cheese with what was likely a 1/3 of a cup of mayo on the sandwich. My mother scraped so much mayou off the sandwich that she could have dressed at least 6 more sandwiches. The workers were not concerned about waste when it came to this sandwich.

The mocha frappe was made well and tasted good. My mother really liked it. The lady at the first window was polite and professional. This made sure to read us back our order while waiting for the payment to go through which is appreciated. This location could use a few more level headed employees like her. If she were in the kitchen, I believe the quality controls would be at a higher standard for this location. The lady at the second window wasn't bad or I'll be mannered but more flustered and appeared to be having some trouble keeping up. Still she did verify that she was providing us with the correct drinks.

Overall, not a bad drive thru visit. But the kitchen really needs to ease-up on the...

They were extremely helpful and kind even when I had them check a $100 bill I thought was counterfeit given to me by my mother. I was wondering why she was giving me that anyway. It was like it would have been my birthday or something. Unless it was the people by Saint Ann's Hospital, the ones that stole some of my personal belongings after keeping sedated for what I thought was only three or four days but turned out to be a week or they drugging me while I was out. I hope not that's just a thought I'm not sure we'll find out by the way if anybody knows of any good Civil Right litigation attorneys please please by all means oh by means all means send them to me I need some type of some type of lawyer to sue the hell out of this parish...
